Broomfield Duallin Amy gave birth to her Little Smarty Oak Colt on friday 14th October.

He is already full of life !!

Really Curious, and of course really cute !!!

Little Mercedes Oak gave birth to a little Filly only 2 days after amy, on sunday 16th October.

A beautiful little Palomino Filly by Redlightcat.

Really quiet and friendly, she just loves scratches.

Winslow Disco Diva gave birth to a little colt on Wednesday, 26th October.

It’s a chestnut colt by Redlightcat.

Farewell Daniel

Daniel Gorman has been at “Mount Erin” for more than 2 years as a working student / apprentice under Steve.

At the end of July, Daniel has finished at “Mount Erin” and is embarking on the next stage of his career. Whilst here, he has been a great part of the team. He has worked hard around the property and has endeavoured every day to improve his horsemanship. He has become a very proficient colt starter and I recommend him to anyone out there looking for somebody to start their young horse.

Daniel, we wish you all the best for the future and hope that you keep in touch and visit us when you get time.

Ed Gray, One week At “Mount Erin”

Ed Gray was at Mount Erin for a Week with his Mare Geenie. Ed has been riding in Steve’s Clinics for several years now and is really keen on Cow Working (mainly campdraft and cutting).

He was here for a week to get some help with Steve and help with the everyday jobs at the Center, like getting horses saddled up and warmed up, getting them hosed off, helping with the feeding, cleaning pens… His mare Geenie was also bred to our Stallion Redlightcat.

Ed and Geenie have had some great progress during the week, so well done Ed and thanks for your help !
